Dr. Shivani Bhatt was the proud daughter of Dr. Hemant Bhatt & Mrs. Bindiya Bhatt. She was a brilliant doctor who completed her MBBS from V.S. Medical College, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and cleared her USMLE Step Exams. As an international medical graduate (IMG), she was preparing for Masters and medical residency in the United States with great dreams and aspirations to achieve and do her best. On 31st October 2019, after a pre interview dinner in Youngstown, Ohio, she was met with an accident and left for her heavenly abode leaving many in grief and shock.

She had a very pious and empathetic heart. She always dreamt of a fully literate and healthy India. She wanted to serve her community after the completion of her medical training.

She was a keen painter and artist from childhood. Her eye for colour and insight into the intricacies of form and shape were razor-sharp from the time she took up the pencil. She has brought into her art a sense of how she perceived the world and it’s nuances. The bold strokes and beautiful colours personify how she viewed and approached life. These are just a few from a large repertoire of paintings, sketches and collages that she created during her short but illustrious and impactful existence.

She was good at all forms of paintings like oil painting, making murals, calligraphy, and pencil sketches. She had dreamt to hold their exhibition too. Some of her original artworks will be on display.
